After signing into your Gmail account, Click on the “Settings” link on the top most corner of your Gmail account. Check out the snapshot below.

In the settings tab, look for the option “Labs”. Click on the link.

After getting to the Labs section, scroll down to the very bottom of the list to find. “Add any Gadgets by URL”. Well, “enable it” and then “Save the changes”.

Now, move to the top and select “Gadgets” link.

Here comes the important section. Use the URL’S mentioned below to add Facebook and Twitter to your Gmail account.

That’s it. Now you are done with Integrating Twitter and facebook to your Gmail Account. You can see both these Gadgets right below the Gchat gadget in the sidebar. Expand them and log in to access your twitter and facebook profiles.

To access full version of your facebook profile similar to Google buzz, you can click on the “Expand link” that is available on the Facebook sidebar gadget.
