After Windows 7, Vista added the “Library” in their UI, organizing files has been easier. But the Send to menu is still as useless it was. An useful feature would be to be able to add and specify folder locations to which to send the file to…
Add Any Folder to Send to Menu: Specify Custom Directory Location
This will save you lot of time you spend organizing files in windows 7 if you have your main folders like Movies, Photos, MP3 etc easily accessible to send files you’ve just downloaded to be copied to.
Step 1 : Go to this folder
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Note: AppData is a hidden folder (Use Organize > Folder and search options and then View (tab) > check “Show hidden files, folder, drives”) to unhide hidden folders
Step 2 : Now add shortcuts of the folders you want to see the SendTo menu in this folder.

Step 3 : Now those folders will show up in your SendTo menu in the right click context.

There are lot of creative uses for this … like adding Folder to Send to which is synced with an online directory via ftp, or a folder on a network etc.
